        What our parents are saying

“I now have time -ins with my kids instead of putting them in time out when they are in distress. I am with them.”

“I am less reactive. I’m able to look in the moment from my child’s perspective and identify what she needs from me”

“I feel that it has helped me be more intentional with how I respond to my children and how to teach them to respond to difficult situations and in relationships.”
